WHAT: Modernization of Nierenberg exterior elevator.
WHEN: 06.01.2026 through 02.01.2027. Normal working hours.

WHY: Exterior elevator and structure are in need of repairs to address the steel corrosion, painting and elevator repairs & controls modernization.
HOW: Exterior elevator will be offline during this period. Access will be affected. Construction activities may be noisy and smells of grinding & paint may be present.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO: Avoid area if sensitive to noise and smell. Interior elevators at the Nierenberg Building will still be useable.
