Enterprise Employee Work Location and Space Management Tool Rollout
As you may recall, in July 2021, we initiated the Work Location Status Tool to provide information partially in response to changes brought on by the pandemic, but also due to the importance of building and maintaining an accurate database of when and where employees conduct their on-site work. In our efforts to continue this work and align the information with our Space Management records, we have developed an updated tool.  The Enterprise Employee Work Location and Space Management Tool, is live and facilitates collection of work location and space information.

All Academics and Staff are required to log into the Enterprise Employee Work Location and Space Management Tool to review and confirm or update their data by April 21, 2023, even if your work location status has not changed.

We have created resources to support all involved in this effort:
  • How to Instructions and support for employees, supervisors, and HR contacts
  • Additional instructions for Space Managers
  • Triton Addressing Initiative and Campus Building Names
For Campus employees, if you have any questions, please reach out to your HR Contacts.

For Health System and Health Sciences employees, if you have any questions about your location, please reach out to your Supervisor/Manager.  For technical questions about the form, please open a case via the link here.
