Dear Colleagues:

As was announced in the campus notice issued on May 22, in accordance with the Regents policy requiring that Senior Management Group (SMG) members be reviewed every five years, a formal five-year review of Ann Spira, Vice Chancellor for Advancement, has been initiated.

The charge to the review committee is to evaluate Spira’s performance in the full spectrum of leadership responsibilities as Vice Chancellor for Advancement (VC-ADV). Input from a wide cross section of stakeholders will be essential to this review process. To this end, your participation in a confidential online survey developed will assist with the review committee’s efforts.

Your feedback on this survey, which is anonymous and confidential, will be very valuable for the committee in reviewing and evaluating Spira’s performance in the VC-ADV role.

All comments and survey responses are due by June 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
