230-5       Non-Senate Academic Appointees/Grievances

The revisions reflect updates to Academic Personnel Manual (APM) Section 140 and provide for a clearer and more timely grievance process for non-Senate academic appointees. The revisions clarify the role of the grievance liaison at UCSD, specify the UCSD academic appointees covered by this policy, and provide additional details on each step in the grievance process. The policy is effective 5/1/2008.
